What Makes Us Special?

At Hurst Angling Club, we pride ourselves on three key pillars: fishing for all, encouraging young people to discover angling as a skill for life and providing a welcoming hobby that's enjoyed by thousands across the UK every year.  We are more than just a club; we are a community of passionate anglers.

Why Choose Hurst Angling Club?

Considering joining? We invite you to come down and experience what we have to offer firsthand. Chat with our friendly members, who will guide you through the details of our lakes, the variety of fish stocks, the best fishing methods to use, and, of course, the application process. Alternatively, ask about our one-day taster ticket to get a feel for the club.

A Century of Community

As we begin our 100 year anniversary in 2026, Hurst Angling Club stands as a testament to enduring community. Our membership comprises a diverse group of anglers, young and old, experienced and novice, all eager to learn and share their fishing experiences and of course we all enjoy passing on our fisherman's tales and creating new ones, "the one that got away".

"Joining Hurst Angling Club was the best decision I made! The community is so welcoming, and I've learned so much from the experienced members."
